When will pickup happen for my order?

Once you create an order on the Shipyaari dashboard, your order goes into processing. Your order will be picked up on the same day if the order is placed within the cut-off time. If you place your order after the given cutoff timings, they will be automatically scheduled for pick up on the next day.

The cut-off timings for our carrier partners are:

  • Delhivery: 12:00 pm
  • Bluedart: 12:00 pm
  • Ecom Express: 11:00 am
  • Ekart: 9:30 am
  • DTDC: 11:00 am
  • Amazon (SWA): 11:00 am
  • Shadowfax: 11:00 am
  • Shree Maruti Courier: 12:00 pm
  • Smartr: 12:00 pm
  • XpressBees: 11:00 am

If under any unforeseen circumstances, the order cannot be picked up on the same day although orders have been placed before the cut-off time, our team will reach out to you on your registered mobile number and arrange pick-up. If the call on the registered mobile number is unanswered, our team will send 3 reminders on your registered email ID across 7 days to schedule pick-up.

If pick-up attempts are made but are unsuccessful and you do not answer our calls to confirm and align pick-ups, our team will send 3 reminders on your registered email ID across 7 days on email to schedule pick-up. If no response is received, the order will be deemed canceled on the 8th day. 

In case you still want to proceed with the order, you will have to place a fresh order.
