Wallet Recharge
This document serves as a comprehensive guide for the development and implementation of the wallet recharge feature via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS, ensuring clear requirements and expectations for both sellers and Finance Admins.
STEP 1
Navigate and click on Wallet
Go to the wallet section on the Shipyaari platform
STEP 2
Click on View Wallet
Access the wallet details by clicking on the "View Wallet" option
STEP 3
Check on NEFT/IMPS/RTGS
STEP 4
Check on Amount
Verify or enter the desired amount for the wallet recharge.
STEP 5
Enter UTR Number
Input the UTR number associated with the NEFT/IMPS/RTGS transaction (e.g., "HTD- SHDSHDH1000").
STEP 6
Click on Submit
Submit the recharge request for processing
STEP 7
Click on Go To Transaction History
Navigate to the transaction history to review the submitted request.
STEP 8
Click on NEFT/IMPS/RTGS Transaction
Click on the option toview the NEFT/IMPS/RTGS transaction details.
STEP 9
Check the UTR No (eg HTDSHDSHDH1000) and Status
Check the UTR number (e.g. "HTDSHDSHDH1000") to verify the transaction and its active status.
