How do I track my orders?

Step 1: Navigate to the Tracking panel from the right panel to track all orders, the RTO orders, the NDR Exception, and the affected Pincode

Step 2: Check the RTO order status by clicking on the second tab, next to orders, as shown below.

Step 3: To view the RTO orders in detail, download the sheet as shown below. You can view the complete RTO details, including reasons and attempted dates

Step 4: The RTO file would have the shipment details and RTO reasons.

Step 5: All the exception orders will be visible under the Exception NDR tab. To view complete details of the NDR report, download the report as shown in the below screenshot

Step 8: You can also add the remark by clicking on the edit icon in the Exception NDR tab

Step 9: Enter the action to be taken for the Exception NDR orders between Re-attempt or Return. Add your comments and click on the submit button to save

Step 10: To view tracking details of the Exception NDR orders, such as tracking number, order details, ETA, and tracking cycle, click on the below-mentioned icon

Step 11: You can view the list of all the orders where the remarks are added under the Action Taken tab, as shown below
