How long does it take to get a refund in case there are cancellations?

During unforeseen circumstances or cancellations, Shipyaari ensures that a refund is processed at the earliest. We verify that the cause of cancellations and requests for refund initiations are valid before processing refunds.  

Based on the reason for cancellation, the following are the tentative timelines for the amount to get refunded into your wallet:

  • Cancelled shipments: 5 - 7 working days, after cancellation by the client
  • Weight dispute:  5-7 days, after confirmation from both parties, "Seller" and "courier."
  • Lost shipments: 12 - 15 days, after confirmation
  • Account Closure: 15 days
