Let's see how it works for confirming the orders from end users using WhatsApp.
1. Open your Shipyaari Dashboard

2. Click on Orders

3. For this example, we will process an order received through a Channel like Shopify. Click on Sync Channel Order
Alternatively, you will see the list of orders still to be processed under "Processing Orders" tabs

4. On this page, you will see a list of orders awaiting their confirmation

5. To initiate Shipyaari Delta for confirming the order, click on a WhatsApp button displayed against the desired order

1. User receives a Order Confirmation Message

2. Once user confirms the order, Shipyaari Delta will prompt him for Address confirmation

3. User chooses to update the Address, Shipyaari Delta Prompts the user for the Updated Address details starting with updated Pincode

4. User will then be prompted to input the updated address in the Prescribed Format followed by Landmark

5. Shipyaari Delta will confirm the updated address and the landmark with the user before proceeding to the next step

6. Once the user confirms the updated address, Shipyaari Delta will prompt the user if there's an alternate number that can be added to the order

7. If the user wants to share an alternate number, Shipyaari Delta will accept the same in this step

8. Before adding the Alternate number, Shipyaari Delta will confirm once again with the user.
Post user's confirmation, Shipyaari Delta will mark order has confirmed and send a confirmation message to the user

Once the buyer confirms the order, it will be marked with a green tick below the order id as shown below
1. In case the buyer decides to cancel the order, a red cross will be shown in the same place instead

2. You'll see the Buyer's updated delivery address being reflected against the said order ID

3. Click on the Edit button below the address to see the complete address

4. A popup will open that will show the updated address separated into distinct address fields as shown below

5. To ship the confirmed order, fill in the Weight (in Kg) and Dimensions (in Cm) and click on the Ship Button located at the right end of the row

6. Choose the desired Courier Service to ship the selected Order

7. Congratulations! Your order is now marked ready to be shipped and will be picked up by your selected courier partner soon. To verify the same, click on Orders

8. Here, you'll see the Order we confirmed using Shipyaari Delta is successfully processed and has been marked Ready to Ship

9. The Updated address and phone number gets updated on the Shipping Label too.
To verify the same, click on the Shipping Label icon as shown below
