How do I ship my hyperlocal orders?

Step 1: To create B2C hyperlocal orders, navigate to Orders from the navigation panel as shown below.


Step 2: Click on ‘Add B2C’ tab


Step 3: Add the delivery details, i.e. the address where the shipment has to be delivered

Step 4: If your shipment is ‘Hyperlocal’ i.e., the shipment to be delivered is within a small geographical area and can be delivered in a day as well, opt for hyperlocal service.


Step 5: Use the maps as shown below and select your desired delivery area. The selected location will be populated, and address details will be updated accordingly.

Step 6: Enter your pickup details, i.e. from where the shipment has to be picked to fulfill the delivery, pickup date i.e., when the order should be picked from the seller’s mentioned pickup address, number of packages that you want to deliver. It is mandatory to add a Pickup address and GST number to create an order. Labels would be present as per the no. of packages.

Step 7: Add Product details that need to be delivered. Please note that the box dimension asked is of the box. COD details will be mandatory if we tick on the COD checkbox mentioned in the pickup details

Step 8: You can add more than 1 product in a shipment by clicking on the ‘+’ sign.

Step 9: To add other details such as retailer name, GST number, Eway bill no. and HSN no., click on ‘Add Other Details

Step 10: When the invoice value is more than ₹50,000, seller has to mandatorily enter Eway Bill number. 

Step 11: Select the type of service you want to courier your shipment

Step 12: Click on ‘Add Order’ to place your order for further shipment process.

Step 13: You can see the created order is in ‘Ready to Ship’ tab.

Step 14: Select the number of orders that you want to ship and click on ‘Ship Now’ button
