How do I request the return or re-attempt of NDR orders?

Step 1: All the exception orders will be visible under the Exception NDR tab. To view complete details of the NDR report, download the report as shown in the below screenshot

Step 2: The NDR report is shown in the below screenshot

Step 3: You can also add the remark by clicking on the edit icon in the Exception NDR tab

Step 4: Enter the action to be taken for the Exception NDR orders between Re-attempt or Return. Add your comments and click on the submit button to save

Step 5: To view tracking details of the Exception NDR orders, such as tracking number, order details, ETA, and tracking cycle, click on the below-mentioned icon

Step 6: You can view the list of all the orders where the remarks are added under the Action Taken tab as shown below.
