How do I create B2B orders manually?

Step 1: To create B2B orders, navigate to Orders from the navigation panel as shown below.

Step 2: Step 2: Click on ‘Add B2B’ tab

Step 3: Add the delivery details, i.e., the address where the shipment has to be delivered. For B2B orders, a GST number is mandatory for a delivery order.

Step 4: Enter your pickup details, i.e., from where the shipment has to be picked to fulfill the delivery. 

Date to be selected from the calendar. This date is the one when the order should be picked up from the seller’s pickup address.

Note: For B2B orders you cannot select the COD option.

Step 5: Add Package Details that needs to be delivered. Please note that the box dimension asked is of the box.

Step 6: You can add multiple rows of products by clicking on the ‘+’ sign

Step 7: In other details add your Eway Bill No.

Step 8: Choose any service and courier type according to the details added as shown in the below screenshot

Step 9: Click on ‘Add Order’ to place your order for further shipment process.

Step 10: You can see the created order is in the ‘Ready to Ship’ tab, you can now proceed with shipping the order.
