How can I update my contact details?

1. Click on your account from the top right corner.

2.    Click on the My Profile option from the drop-down menu.

3.    Click on the communication tab.

4.    The first email id & phone number are your registered email id and phone number. It is the email ID and phone number that you have put in while signing up for the first time on Shipyaari’s account. It cannot be edited.

5.    The second email ID & and phone number is the account email ID and phone number. It is used to send you all billing-related information.  To edit the details, enter the new email ID or phone number & and click on the update button. An OTP will be sent to confirm the changes. Once the OTP is verified, the details will be changed.

6.    The third email id and phone number are the operational email ID and phone number. It is used to contact if there are operational issues, such as delivery-related issues, pincode serviceability, etc.
